Still feeling tired and groggy in the morning even with a decent breakfast. Oddly enough I've been getting jaw and headaches as well.
I've also noticed that within 30 minutes of taking the pill I'm fast asleep. BUT, not in a heavy deep sleep like other meds, just in a comfortable sleep.
On Sunday I took a large group of 30+ people on a long ride through the Big Bear loop (200+ miles). Normally I'd be worried if I was going to fast or to slow, when was the next turn. This time everything went well. Everyone said the pace was good and that they were keeping up just fine. I was able to relax, have fun, and enjoy the ride.

Im 19 and have been on zoloft since i was 17. I really enjoyed reading your blog, there was a lot i could relate to. I also found that i could focus on my school work a lot more which was extremely important at that time as i was doing final exams at school, my HSC (Australian university entrance scheme). It has changed my life and opened a lot of new pathways for me. Not everybody sees that. My boyfriend was not supportive of me going on zoloft, he is very anti - antidepressants. This didn't help at all. I never seemed to get pain. But i could not sleep for the 1st few nights and was extremely confused and anxious. After about a week this all went away thank goodness. I'm currently considering going off zoloft but im a bit nervous.
Anyways, was good to read your post = ) its easing for others on the drug to read :)
